Responsibilities
Architect and execute solutions to business problems within Airtable, optimizing workflows and building new capabilities
Manage work through a ticket-based system, focusing on measurable improvements in time savings and deployment efficiency
Implement integrations and automations between Airtable and other tools like Google Suite to reduce manual workloads
Contribute to the management and execution of strategic operational projects within the Payments team
Stay abreast of new Airtable features and best practices, educating the team to maximize productivity
Qualification
Required
Deep, hands-on experience with Airtable and passion for optimizing workflows
Skilled in JIRA, with a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to a non-technical audience
Preferred
Software/tech background preferred
Payments industry experience is beneficial but not required
