Staffing Coordinator
Evergreen Healthcare Group is seeking a Staffing Coordinator primarily responsible for scheduling nursing staff and supporting clinical staff members. The role involves developing work schedules, ensuring timely assignment of Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs), and maintaining communication regarding staffing changes and resident status.

Responsibilities
Develops and posts work schedules at least two weeks in advance
Ensures timely Certified Nurse Aide (CNAs) assignment to meet needs of new admissions as well as existing residents
Maintains schedule on a daily basis of any staffing changes or resident status changes and communicates accordingly
Facilitates the timely completion of paper work and data entry pertinent and necessary to fulfill job duties
Maintains tracking system for CNA annual license renewal and OBRA compliance
Notifies the Director of Nursing (DON) of short staffing situations; contacts replacement personnel and modifies schedule when required
Keeps a pool of replacements and coordinates vacations and time-off requests
Coordinates time-off requests with the Director of Nursing
Maintains records of employees who miss shifts; produces reports
Coordinates with Director of Nursing to secure contract labor when necessary
Communicates with residents and their families/caregivers, and with healthcare professionals and outside vendors
Communicates staff assignments to managers and staff
Qualification
Required
Experience in SNF Staffing
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
