Trinity Health is committed to providing compassionate care and is seeking a Resident Assistant II for their Assisted Living facility, The Terrace at Glen Eddy. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist residents who are functionally, physically, and/or socially impaired and require 24-hour oversight.

ability to remain calm and think clearly in emergencies, responding and acting in an appropriate manner

must be mentally alert and have the ability to effectively plan and organize assignments in the most efficient manner

must demonstrate an appreciation of the heritage, values, and wisdom of the residents and an understanding of the aging process

Preferred

PCA or patient/resident care experience preferred

High School Diploma/GED preferred
