Responsibilities
Develop a wide range of brand and marketing assets – from digital campaigns and print materials to social media content, presentations, and video
Take responsibility for small to mid-sized projects and collaborate closely with other designers
Work cross-functionally with the design team, marketing team, and other departments – both nationally and internationally
Present your designs and ideas to the design and marketing teams
Keep deadlines in sight and realistically estimate your workload
Implement feedback effectively, share your expertise with colleagues, and proactively seek support when needed
Contribute ideas for new campaigns and projects and support ongoing brand development
Create templates for other departments and help document brand guidelines
Qualification
Required
Confident use of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience with Figma and Notion
Ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively – both within the team and to stakeholders
Ability to work independently and with a goal-oriented mindset, staying organized and on track even when managing complex projects
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Enjoy working in a team, think in solutions, and help achieve shared goals
Actively seek opportunities for development and bring a learning-oriented attitude
Preferred
Experience in video production and animation
German and French language skills
