Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in construction management OR equivalent experience in electrical construction management with a High School diploma/GED required
10+ years' experience in electrical/electrical service or electrical construction
Experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to understand industry codes, corporate practices, processes, and standards and their impact on project performance and customer satisfaction is essential
Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, influence) required
Strong knowledge of Bluebeam, Accubid, and MS Office Suite
Ability to travel regionally to project sites required
Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
