Responsibilities
Lead digital commerce delivery projects ensuring timely and successful execution to meet business objectives. Oversee project scope budget and timelines maintaining alignment with strategic goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize digital commerce processes and solutions
Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative work environment
Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as needed
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success

Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 years of experience emphasizing delivery management without travel obligations
15+ years of experience
Digital Commerce expertise
Delivery Management expertise
Customer Service expertise
Strong expertise in digital commerce delivery management with proven experience in successful project execution
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model
Proficiency in managing project scope, budget, and timelines to achieve strategic objectives
Track record of fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment
Capability in analyzing project data to drive improvements and innovation
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to digital commerce
Adept at coordinating with external vendors and partners for seamless project execution
