Responsibilities

Design, build, and ship fullstack features
Work closely with designers to bring polished, responsive, and intuitive experiences to life
Think deeply about customer problems and iterate quickly based on feedback
Deliver meaningful improvements every week with high autonomy and high standards
Partner with design, support, and leadership to prioritize, scope, and ship work that matters
Help establish engineering patterns that balance speed, maintainability, and performance

Qualification

ReactRuby on RailsPythonUI/UXCommunication skills

Required

5+ years of cumulative experience building and shipping products (both frontend and backend)
Experience building production-grade apps in React and Ruby on Rails
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional partners

Preferred

Some experience with Python would be nice to have, but not required
Passion for UI/UX and a strong product sensibility
You can think from customer's perspective and iterate extremely quickly
You are a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged
You are persistent and determined. You are the type of person who will go the distance to get the job done
You've directly worked with a founder before
