Deliver product security services within the automotive cybersecurity domain
Manage day-to-day activities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work products
Provide guidance to team members
Lead the launch and delivery of advanced cybersecurity services
Contribute to the conceptualization, design, development, and execution of new cybersecurity offerings
Manage a team of technical resources to achieve operational excellence
Assume line management responsibilities for resources deployed across customer projects
Handle onboarding and offboarding, performance management, customer relationship management, and escalations
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with processes, quality standards, and KPIs for the successful delivery of Requirements Validation projects
Ability to manage day-to-day activities and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work products
Experience providing guidance to team members
Experience in launching and delivering advanced cybersecurity services
Ability to contribute to the conceptualization, design, development, and execution of new cybersecurity offerings
Experience managing a team of technical resources to achieve operational excellence
Ability to assume line management responsibilities for resources deployed across customer projects
Experience with onboarding and offboarding, performance management, customer relationship management, and handling escalations
