Customer Service Representitive
Leader Promotions Inc is a promotional marketing agency dedicated to amplifying brand visibility for clients. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to oversee the customer journey, serving as the main point of contact for online customers and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities
Serve as main point of contact for online customers through phone calls and internal systems
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and thorough manner within a 24-hour time frame
Serve as an escalation point for resolution of issues
Conduct thorough review of order acknowledgements to ensure accuracy and cross-referencing of orders
Coordinate with cross functional teams to support end to end customer experience goals, programs, and practices across the organization
Assist with research, collection, database administration, and analysis of customer data and feedback
Work independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function
Special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
2-3 years of experience in a customer service environment or call center environment
Medium proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
Ability to multitask and deliver on a high volume of projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong customer orientation
Highly organized and detail oriented
Team player
Upbeat, energetic personality with a desire to learn
