Scheduling/Workflow Coordinator

Responsibilities

Support the Material Coordinator in monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages, delays, and excess stock
Assist in establishing and maintaining point-of-use (POU) bin systems, including bin sizing and replenishment aligned with production schedules
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity within ERP and inventory management systems
Communicate material requirements and purchasing needs with Production, Material Coordination, and Purchasing teams
Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits as required; investigate and resolve variances
Identify and recommend improvements to material flow, inventory accuracy, and process efficiency
Coordinate with the Master Scheduler, Material Coordinator, and Document Control to print, update, maintain, and distribute panel drawings; identify reissued drawings and reprint as needed
Assist the Panel Design Group Coordinator in maintaining the panel list and coordinating updates with project and design teams
Create, maintain, and manage Panel Build Sales Orders (PBSOs), including processing redline changes
Cross-train within the scheduling group to provide backup coverage as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements related to material management

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Experience in inventory management, supply chain, logistics, or a related field
Proficiency with ERP and inventory management systems
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
Working knowledge of safety and quality standards related to material handling
