Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and resolving telecom, AV, and connectivity issues while adhering to government protocols
Setting up, operating, and breaking down courtroom and conference equipment (video, audio, displays, laptops)
Coordinating with district offices, courthouse technicians, and service providers to resolve issues quickly
Managing and tracking telecom and AV equipment inventory to minimize downtime
Programming and maintaining phone systems, including onboarding/offboarding users and managing T1/PRI lines
Supporting video conferences, virtual meetings, and cross-district IT needs
Collaborating with IT teams to maintain and update eVoIP systems
Providing backup coverage for main phone lines
Supporting press conferences with full audio, video, recording, and streaming setups
Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting cabling
Supporting special projects such as PC, network, and VoIP system refreshes
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of hands-on experience in telecommunications, help desk, eVoIP, or video conferencing environments
U.S. citizenship
Must have, or be able to obtain, a Public Trust clearance
