Responsibilities
Process purchase requisitions for a wide range of goods and services across direct/indirect spend categories
Coordinate the full procure-to-pay process, including converting requisitions to purchase orders, diligently tracking approvals within Jira Service Desk, and ensuring timely vendor payments
Track and manage contract renewals across all categories, ensuring adherence to contract terms and maintaining accurate records
Maintain accurate procurement records within Jira Service Desk, supporting category spend analysis, budget tracking, and forecasting
Assist with the creation of spend reports and procurement activity dashboards
Collaborate with Game Studios, Finance, and Legal teams to align procurement activities with organizational needs
Ensure compliance with Daybreak procurement policies and IT governance standards
Assist the Procurement Manager with data gathering for reports, data analysis, and strategic initiatives
Provide administrative support for HR processes
Update and maintain accurate employee files and HR databases
Planning and coordination of employee engagement activities/events
Support of localization activities and coordination of vendor teams
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, human resources operations, ideally within the technology or gaming industry
Familiarity with Jira Service Desk and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel skills preferred)
Detail-oriented and process-driven with a proactive approach
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple transactional tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Ability to pivot quickly when priorities shift, demonstrating both adaptability and agility
Strong integrity and discretion, often handling sensitive data or HR-related operational tasks that require confidentiality
Excellent and effective problem solving and time management skills
Creative, self-driven with a strong work ethic
Proficient and comfortable working through minor to moderate technical processes
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred) (or equivalent experience)
