Responsibilities

Lead and maintain ISO 9001 and NADCAP quality management systems; support internal, external, and customer audits

Develop and control quality procedures, work instructions, and specifications

Perform customer contract reviews and ensure quality requirement flow-down

Interpret and implement Electric Boat, NAVSEA, MIL-SPEC, AMS, ASTM, and ASME requirements

Provide technical oversight of special processes, including NDT and heat treatment/pyrometry (AMS 2750E)

Review material certifications (CMTRs) and maintain full traceability

Lead nonconformance management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions (internal and customer)

Analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Support manufacturing and engineering; interface with customers on quality issues
