They are seeking a YouTube Content Producer to build and manage their YouTube-first content engine, working closely with the founder to create trust-building video content.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain the content calendar
Pull video ideas out of Zack's head (he knows investing, you know content)
Define 3-4 content pillars and rotate formats to keep it fresh
Manage the workflow: ideation → script/outline → record → edit → publish
Coordinate with our YouTube editor (Alex) on timelines, thumbnails, titles
Keep Zack on schedule (he's busy — you'll need to manage up)
Take 1 long-form video and turn it into 5-7 pieces across platforms
Distribute to YouTube, Shorts/Reels, LinkedIn, X, Skool community, email
Maintain consistent posting cadence across all channels
Track what's working: CTR, retention, engagement, opt-ins
Run thumbnail tests, tweak hooks, iterate on what performs
Report weekly on content metrics
Qualification
Required
4-5 years in content production, preferably video-first
Experience with YouTube (either personal channel or client work)
Strong understanding of social platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok)
Excellent written communication (you'll write briefs, outlines, hooks)
Comfortable working async with a remote team
Preferred
Experience/interest in finance, investing, self development
