Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for our core Salesforce instance
Optimize the lead-to-cash process within Salesforce, improving lead capture, nurturing, quoting, contracting, and revenue recognition
Integrate third-party tools to create a seamless sales technology ecosystem
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify needs and research industry solutions
Lead the vision and strategy for creating an integrated customer experience that supports sales success
