Design, develop, and maintain data platform solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data systems
Continuously optimize and improve data pipeline performance and reliability
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
5-7 years of experience in data platform engineering
Proficiency in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
Hands-on experience in building backend applications like APIs and services
Proven track record in building scalable data engineering pipelines using Python, SQL, and DBT Core
Experience with MWAA (Airflow) or similar cloud-based data engineering orchestration tools
Experience with cloud data ecosystems like AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern data tools like Snowflake, Databricks
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with Agile methodology

Local to Dallas is a plus
