Treasury Management Support Specialist

Responsibilities
Set-up and maintain Cash Management Online Banking, ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, etc
Provide direct customer support responding to general and technical inquiries via phone or email related to treasury management services/systems and commercial deposit account inquiries
Monitor the daily operational activities of the Cash Management/Treasury Management Department
Maintains diligent awareness of risks including ACH rules, payments risk, as well as user authentication best practices for online banking services
Provide product and operational training and guidance to branch and commercial sales teams
Troubleshoot technical and operational issues
Assist with all Treasury Management documentation
Supports the Treasury Management implementation process, working collaboratively to ensure product/service implementation and client training is completed timely and to the clients' satisfaction
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree in Business, Finance or related field or two years similar or related work experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers through many delivery channels
Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and other analysis tools
Proficient in electronic banking products / services / devices
Strong attention to detail
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Preferred
Prior experience implementing Treasury Management products and services
