Responsibilities
Assist with private equity and real assets manager due diligence, monitoring, and manager searches, including data review and analysis
Support market, universe, and peer research projects under the guidance of senior team members
Participate in manager calls and meetings and prepare summaries and research notes
Contribute to asset class committee materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external use
Review and summarize information from manager materials, due diligence documents, and external data sources
Generate and distribute performance, market, and economic reports using research platforms such as PitchBook, Refinitiv, FactSet, and Tableau
Collaborate with research team members across asset classes to support research initiatives and team workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance or business-related field (preferred but not required)
Interest in pursuing CFA, CAIA and/or other related degree-program(s) over time
1-3 years of investment experience
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline-oriented office environment
Willingness to periodically travel between offices, to conferences, manager meetings, etc
Preferred
Experience using systems such as QuickBase, tableau, investment metrics, FactSet, and/or Refinitiv preferred
