Responsibilities
SAFETY FIRST. Must be able to safely operate warehouse equipment at all times and follow all safety guidelines
Interview potential new team members and manage a team of warehouse employees
Must be willing to adjust work schedule as needed
Responsible for maintaining a warehouse that is accessible and safe for company personnel and LFF visitors
Responsible for reading pick tickets and/or requisitions to select and assemble product for customer orders
Implement established food safety practices throughout all warehouse employees
Required to stand and walk for extended periods, to push/pull, lift/carry, or exert force of up to 75 lbs. or more
Implement processes and procedures and hold employees accountable to follow them
Must complete scheduling for shift
KPI driven for results
Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED preferred with 2-4 years of related experience
Previous Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience required
Must be a self-directed individual with the ability to read and interpret company documents, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Must have the ability to perform basic math calculations and work in a fast paced and rapidly growing distribution environment
Obtain licensure to operate warehouse equipment within the first 30 days

Preferred
3+ years of management experience is preferred
