Manage personnel security, access control, and badging
Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
Serve as liaison with Government security representatives

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in security, law enforcement, or facilities operations
5+ years of security management experience, preferably in government or secure environments
Ability to obtain and maintain facility access credentials
Knowledge of access control systems and security protocol
Strong organizational and communication skills
