Responsibilities

Support clients and advisors with account opening, documentation, and service requests
Prepare for and support client meetings, including reports and follow-up items
Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, financial planning, and portfolio systems
Proactively track and follow up on client service requests and transactions
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal team members
Handle administrative tasks such as phone coverage, mailing, filing, and form processing
Ensure compliance with firm policies and industry regulations

Required

Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Friendly, professional communication skills and comfort speaking with clients

Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred (relevant industry experience considered)
Experience in financial services or wealth management preferred but not required
