Responsibilities
Oversee and manage multiple project management programs
Ensure the successful execution and completion of approximately 10 projects simultaneously
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the project management team while reporting to the VP of Technology
Responsible for the success of the project management team
Train and mentor project managers within the program
Develop and implement training programs for project management staff
Lead project coordination efforts with operations
Maintain and manage the Master Calendar alongside the Director of Operations
Develop and support staffing timelines with Field Manager
Conduct PM Meetings and maintain the PM Scorecard
Enter new projects and assign project managers accordingly
Ensure that all reports are sent on time and are accurate
Leverage the project management team for assistance in report preparation
Ensure compliance with core values and organizational/regulatory requirements
Help identify reporting needs and create a new reporting structure to help enhance the project management team
Assist project management staff with creating and implementing new processes
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness
Communicate with the warehouse on build priority for racks, LEDs, and other relevant timeline needs
Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success
Qualification
Required
5+ years of construction or AV project experience
2+ years of management experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct a team of 10+ individuals
Proficiency in blueprint reading
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety protocols
Ability to work with a customer or general contractor to bring a project to completion, and/or knowing the intricacies of each role in the process
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset
Up to but not limited to 50% travel
