Senior HR Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Human Resource Analyst who will collect, compile, and analyze HR data to provide insights into workforce indicators and support organizational decision-making.

Responsibilities

Collect, compile, and analyze HR data and present results to leadership to provide insight into key workforce indicators
Provides support for organizational decision making through high-level analysis, data mining of human resources data, and effective reporting
Evaluates HRIS functionality and recommends enhancements to improve efficiency and team member experience
Partners with IT, Finance and others when appropriate to accomplish organizational wide initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, HR Management, or related discipline
3 -5 years minimum experience in human resources or accounting required
Prior Compensation, HRIS, and report writing experience

Relevant HR certification preferred
Prefer experience working in healthcare or other complex environment
Strong preference for UKG system experience preferred
