Required

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
Preferred
Background in finance or real estate is highly beneficial
Experience with real estate management software and tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred
