Responsibilities
Generate and maintain pipeline reporting dashboards in Salesforce to track sales performance metrics
Analyze data to prioritize qualified leads and execute lead assignment processes
Investigate root causes of service issues at scale through systematic data analysis
Manage operational escalations and coordinate with finance, product, and technical teams to resolve systemic issues
Analyze seller feedback and anecdotes, taking ownership of resolution and partnering with product and seller experience teams for continuous improvement
Develop tools and business processes that simplify operations, standardize workflows, and enable operational excellence
Identify process improvement opportunities to shorten sales cycles from first-touch to conversion
Create actionable recommendations through ad hoc data retrieval and analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
4+ years of using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data experience
Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc
Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills
Preferred
Experience working in a sales or sales support role
Experience working within a high-growth technology company
Speak, write, and read fluently in Mandarin
4+ years of transportation and supply chain experience
