Facilities Technician
Responsibilities
Performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure the proper functioning of facilities and equipment
Troubleshooting and addressing issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Maintaining safety protocols
Managing inventory for maintenance supplies
Supporting facility upgrades and projects as needed
Ensuring all work adheres to company and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Technical knowledge and skills in mechanical systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and technical specifications
Experience with inventory management and using tools and equipment safely
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and external vendors
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Certification or vocational training in a relevant field
Previous experience in facilities management or maintenance is highly valued
