Manage a diverse caseload
Handle legal documentation such as drafting motions
Conduct research
Represent clients in legal proceedings including depositions and court appearances
Collaborate with the firm's legal team
Provide clients with effective representation throughout the litigation process
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in legal practice, particularly in handling personal injury
Experience with drafting motions, conducting legal research, and preparing legal documentation
Capability to perform and manage depositions and collaborate effectively in pre-trial procedures
Familiarity with court proceedings and the ability to represent clients with professionalism and legal acumen
Strong communication skills and proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active bar license in Utah
Preferred
Prior experience in litigation, personal injury, or related legal fields is advantageous but not mandatory
