Responsibilities
Develop and own end-to-end bottom-up assortment plans aligned with financial, inventory, and consumer goals
Build pre-season style/color plans and manage in-season optimization through rolling forecasts
Present financial plans, forecasts, risks, and opportunities to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
Forecast sales, margin, and inventory at the style-color level using data-driven insights and retail math
Analyze business performance versus forecast and provide actionable recommendations on a monthly and seasonal basis
Partner across regional and global teams to optimize business health across the full product lifecycle
Support manufacturing and inventory decisions through open-to-buy forecasting and in-season adjustments
Actively manage aging inventory and close-out strategies in collaboration with account teams
Communicate clearly and effectively, using data storytelling to influence decisions and align stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, assortment planning, or forecasting
Hands-on experience with forecasting and planning in a retail or consumer products environment
Strong Excel proficiency and comfort working with large data sets
Solid understanding of retail math, inventory management, and financial planning
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (not a hard requirement)
Experience with planning or forecasting tools beyond Excel
Background working with large or global consumer brands
Prior experience forecasting footwear or apparel categories
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
