CRM Administrator / Sales Operations Analyst

firstPRO Inc. is seeking a CRM Administrator who will manage the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of the organization’s CRM platform. This role involves collaborating with Sales and Marketing leadership to enhance sales operations and enable data-driven decision-making throughout the revenue lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator and subject-matter expert for the CRM platform (HubSpot and/or Salesforce)
Configure and maintain workflows, automation, objects, fields, and integrations with enterprise systems
Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security in alignment with internal policies and best practices
Develop and deliver CRM training, documentation, and ongoing end-user support
Monitor data quality, conduct routine audits, and enforce data governance standards
Partner with Sales leadership to support pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting
Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, sales activity, and revenue performance
Analyze sales data to surface trends, risks, and growth opportunities
Support lead routing, territory alignment, and standardized sales processes across teams
Collaborate with Marketing to ensure alignment on lead generation, attribution, and reporting
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency through CRM capabilities
Stay current on HubSpot/Salesforce product updates and recommend enhancements aligned with business objectives
Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to support CRM integrations with ERP and other systems
Act as an internal advocate for CRM adoption and best practices across the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related discipline
3+ years of hands-on experience as a CRM Administrator or power user with administrative responsibilities
Experience supporting sales operations, revenue operations, or a closely related function
Advanced proficiency in CRM reporting, dashboards, automation, and workflow design
Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies
Proven ability to maintain data integrity and enforce system governance
Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

Preferred

Experience integrating CRM platforms with ERP or other enterprise systems is strongly preferred
HubSpot and/or Salesforce certifications are a plus
