Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Design, implement and monitor procurement strategies to ensure supply security, meet financial and budget objectives and mid to long term category developments
Technical Expertise: Use your knowledge of direct materials and procurement processes to evaluate supply markets and select the best suppliers
Supplier Relationship Management: Lead negotiations and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best quality, price and service
Quality & Compliance: Oversee the selection and quality of materials, ensure compliance with PMI and Regulatory standards
Process Optimization: Design and implement programs to streamline products and processes to realize productivity by challenging status quo
Documentation & Compliance: Review and approve contracts and price lists to ensure accurate documentation and supplier performance measurement
Leadership: Guide and motivate decentralized procurement team members and stakeholders to foster growth and development

Qualification

Required

8 to 10 years in Purchasing, Planning, Development or Quality Assurance functions, with significant experience in purchasing, product development, and quality management working in a multinational environment
In-depth understanding of the supply market and related service categories
A university degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
Fluency in English
Strong skills in financial analysis
In-depth knowledge of negotiation techniques
Good command of process engineering
Strong project management skills
Effective time management
