Responsibilities

Interface directly with key customers and technologists to define product highly integration power stage and controller roadmaps
Assess and negotiate IC development tradeoffs with design teams and customers
Evaluate silicon systems (hardware and software) and related documentation
Gather user requirements, translate them to functional specifications, and implement solutions and enhancement projects
Provide complete documentation for each development lifecycle step
Perform troubleshooting and debugging on issues related to the system
Develop advanced mixed-signal integrated circuits and system products from concept to mass production
Complete advanced high-speed IC design cycles and participate in a variety of system design activities

Required

Minimum MS or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field
Minimum Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA

Preferred

MS or PhD with prior experience in power electronics
Understanding of and experience with system design, including writing IC design specifications, developing algorithms and creating system reference models
Knowledge in fundamentals analog electronics (feedback systems, filters, MOSFET/BJT, frequency domain analysis)
Demonstrated knowledge of non-isolated power electronics fundamentals and ability to problem solve creatively to deliver innovative solutions
Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
Strong verbal and written communication skills to audiences of varied background
Ability to simplify complex problems and navigate uncertainty
Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
