Responsibilities
Facilitate enhancements in line with changing business needs
Create and foster partnerships with internal stakeholders to develop an expert knowledge base of the business, including needs and opportunities specifically related to application/IT platform solutions
Work with business sponsors to determine strategic and complex business requirements necessary to increase efficiency and functionality of software/applications
Develops expertise in several business areas across Old National Bank
Oversees leadership of teams and projects that involve extensive cooperation and coordination between multiple departments across the Company or with external partners
Provide complex analysis supporting the planning and implementation of systems and process changes
Exercise independent judgement and take the lead role on projects with minimal direction if needed
Leads others to solve complex problems
Effectively facilitate meetings and interact with project sponsors
Design workflows, processes, and solutions to solve strategic and complex business problems
Compile team and project status reports on a re-occurring basis
Clearly communicate complex technical solutions in a manner that business lines can easily understand
Develop and cultivate relationships with vendors and external industry contacts; work closely with vendors to ensure third party applications operate as documented
Develop expert knowledge of software applications used and supported by the organization. Continually build expert product knowledge of existing product features and product requirements
Build a strong cross functional understanding of both the company’s product and business operations
Provide consultative support to the day-to-day functioning of business line clients
Report and research the cause of any outstanding production issues related to assigned projects. Work with the necessary individuals to correct these issues
Provide superior customer service to external/internal clients, including response to incidents, proactively notifying customers of issues and communicating business impact, and identifying root cause
Must be able to understand, generate, and amend technical documentation in addition to completing formal process documentation
Prepare documentation of changes for SOX, internal and external auditors, and other regulatory agencies, as needed
Maintains expert knowledge of industry developments including changes in technology and regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle
6-8 years + experience in technical business analysis in a related industry
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization
Ability to travel and stay overnight as needed
