Administrative Coordinator II/UKHC
The University of Kentucky is seeking an Administrative Coordinator II to serve as a resource for all areas related to faculty recruitment and hiring within the Department of Pediatrics. This role involves managing the recruitment center for healthcare providers and interacting with senior leadership across the organization.

Responsibilities
Serve as a resource for all areas related to faculty recruitment, hiring, onboarding, continuity of credentialing, appointments, and promotions, as well as overall organization of faculty affairs
Act as the main point of contact and recruitment center for healthcare providers
Interact with colleagues in academic medicine, both internal and external to UK
Uphold professional and confidentiality requirements

The physical requirements for this position include regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with repetitive motion (such as typing); walking including pushing, pulling, and/or lifting up to 10lbs and occasional pushing, pulling, and/or lifting objects up to 25lbs
This position serves as the main point of contact and the recruitment center for healthcare providers
This associate must possess strong ethical standards, be able to interact with and represent UKHC, the COM, KCH, and the Department of Pediatrics, and uphold professional and confidentially requirements
The associate will be organized, have excellent time-management abilities, and be detail-oriented
Should have the ability to pay high attention to detail; work with a teamwork mindset; have data entry skills and respect for confidentiality; be able to prioritize tasks efficiently; and work in multiple systems simultaneously
