Akerman LLP, a top 100 U.S. law firm serving clients across the Americas, is seeking a full-time Accounting Coordinator to join the Financial Services team in our Orlando office. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately researching and applying incoming payments, processing vendor costs, and completing bank reconciliations while maintaining a detail-oriented and organized approach.

Responsibilities

Accurately research and apply incoming payments in a timely manner
Efficiently process large volumes of vendor costs, including electronic uploads
Ability to accurately complete bank reconciliations
Follow procedures with a problem-solving mindset
Detail-oriented with solid organizational and communication skills
Strong willingness to learn and work independently and as part of the team

Required

Preferred

Law firm experience preferred but not mandatory
Experience with Elite 3E is a plus but not required
