Account Manager
On Location is a global leader in premium experiential hospitality, and they are seeking an Account Manager to oversee client support and drive revenue success. The role involves managing customer service, fostering relationships with clients, and ensuring satisfaction across a diverse portfolio of event products.

Responsibilities
Deliver prompt customer service by providing resolutions to On Location’s corporate clients and premium package buyers either in person, or via phone, and or email
Foster relationships with current core event clients providing them with service-related questions on their experience purchased and source upsell opportunities for the sales representatives
Develop and maintain internal workflow processes and technologies, including Salesforce as a CRM
Independently research and provide the Premium Sales Staff with answers to service-related questions from clients
Track customer sales to via our POS systems
Manage onsite event execution logistics and program management services for clients by handling, among other things, guest check-in, transportation, gifting, hospitality, and servicing of guests needs as they come up on-site
Play an integral part in the fulfillment process by ensuring accurate ticket delivery and manage the mobile ticket delivery process when necessary
Create and distribute event-related communications to all premium sales clients for key core events like Super Bowl, UFC, Final Four and Masters
Coordinate with Accounting to guide clients through the billing, reconciliation, and collection process
Analyze current processes and identify and communicate opportunities to streamline procedures that directly impact productivity
Maintain a working knowledge of all events/services to provide customer support; assist Premium Sales staff with e-mail/call campaigns
Execute all other duties assigned by the team or leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or Sport Management Preferred
Preferred
Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
Must be organized, creative, enthusiastic, and analytical
Detail Oriented
Proficiency in basic software programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
