Manage various sized projects of varying complexity and team size

Accountable for all phases of planning and execution for projects

Communicate with cross-functional teams, lines of business and senior management to provide status and manage expectations

Accountable for the maintenance and accuracy of project/ program documentation, systems, and spaces

Contribute to process and quality improvement initiatives with good understanding of business processes and industry

Follow up of actions items and conduct lessons learned

Preferred

Recent, prior years of experience managing various medium to large software development projects with moderate to high complexity

Mastery of basic principles of project management tools and methods

Strong experience in day-to-day tasks on the project including using PM tools, maintaining a schedule, managing risks, assumptions, issues and actions log, POR change requests

Experience in overseeing PM processes from Initiation to Close

Managing programs with one or more project dependencies

Strong understanding of multiple development methodologies

Some experience managing global team

Understands industry and business environment

Skilled in MS Office, Outlook, JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce

BS, or higher, in Engineering strongly preferred

PMP Certified a plus
