Qualification
Required
0–5 years of professional production engineering, site reliability engineering, system administration or related experience
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Minimum GPA of 3.5 for recent graduates)
Strong command of Python for backend development
Comfortable with file/process management, system troubleshooting, debugging, configuration, networking
Understands the value of treating infrastructure as code, treating servers as cattle, not pets
Ability to notice patterns and propose upgrades that make systems more resilient
Ability to weigh risk/reward constantly when making decisions that impact the bottom line of trading business
Experience utilizing latest technology to achieve low deterministic latency with the highest possible throughput with the least possible jitter
Preferred
Familiarity with C++
