Technical Support Manager
ITAC Solutions is seeking a Technical Support Manager to lead a hands-on team and collaborate with executive IT leadership. The role focuses on delivering high-quality support and managing service standards across multiple offices.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the desktop support team across multiple offices
Ensure high-quality provisioning, documentation, and checklist adherence
Resolve complex or escalated support issues
Monitor service levels, trends, and performance metrics
Enforce endpoint security, patching, and device compliance
Manage vendors, assets, and ITSM tooling
Champion efficiency and attorney-focused service delivery
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership style with a decisive, Type-A mindset
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune governance
Ability to lead under pressure and prioritize executive productivity
Experience managing distributed support teams and assets
Comfort enforcing security, standards, and accountability
