Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Handle inquiries and resolve basic issues or direct them to the appropriate person

Required

Front desk and customer service experience
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Associate degree or previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role is a plus
