Design and build scalable backend services using Java/Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and microservices on GCP
Lead architectural decisions across billing, infrastructure, and mobile backend domains
Manage and mentor 5–7 engineers , supporting hiring and team growth
Translate product goals into technical roadmaps and execution plans
Balance feature delivery with platform modernization and reliability
Qualification
Required
8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in engineering leadership
Strong backend background (Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, REST APIs)
Experience scaling engineering teams and working in B2B SaaS environments
Comfortable balancing hands-on development with people leadership
Cloud experience (GCP preferred)
