Accounts Payable (primary focus) and Accounts Receivable support

Review and approve expense reports in Concur

Prepare journal entries and assist with general ledger tasks

Support inventory-related accounting activities

Utilize Excel for data analysis (pivot tables, lookups, sorting, filtering)

Willingness to self-learn and become proficient in SAP B1 using available resources

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
