Coordinator, GDE Business Operations
Ford Motor Company is a global leader in the automotive industry, seeking a Coordinator for their Global Dealer Engagement Business Operations. This role provides critical tactical and administrative support, ensuring organizational readiness and facilitating global collaboration to enhance dealer engagement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Maintain all GDE organizational data, including bi-weekly distribution list updates and monthly org charts
Manage the generic mailbox and synchronize multiple team calendars to ensure uninterrupted operations
Lead the development of comprehensive itineraries for international visitors to Dearborn, facilitating global relationship-building and cross-market knowledge exchange
Execute GDE team communications, including personnel announcements and the publication of the weekly reports and resources for executive leadership
Deliver essential regulatory updates to ensure corporate risk reduction and compliance
Manage and optimize the GDE Business Office SharePoint site and the GDE team SharePoint site to increase team engagement and streamline communication
Serve as a primary liaison for office space management and contribute to the development and implementation of the GDE onboarding process for new hires
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of progressive experience in a business, operations, communications, or strategy role, with a proven track record of supporting leadership and influencing decision-making
2+ years' experience communicating effectively with executive-level audiences. Demonstrating ability to craft compelling narratives, synthesize complex information, and tailor communications to different audiences
2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for data management, PowerPoint for executive presentations, Word for white papers, SharePoint for administration)
1+ years of experience coordinating stakeholder events and communications
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
Prior experience in Business Office, Business Development or Corporate Communications roles
Solid understanding of business operations; Corporate filings and presentations experience is a significant plus
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate detailed information into clear, concise, and actionable insights and see the big picture
Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to influence without authority and build strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels
