Client Services Tech 1
Pace® Labs is dedicated to advancing science for the health and safety of communities. The Client Services Tech 1 role involves coordinating sample-related activities and maintaining documentation in an environmental testing laboratory.
Executive Office
Responsibilities
Coordinate and perform sample-related activities, including shipping and receiving, payment processing and administrative duties
Maintain and update appropriate documentation and databases
Participate in training on fundamental lab support policies, programs, and practices
Maintain a clean and organized workspace fully stocked with bottle kits and necessary customer forms
Get to know our customers and provide them with the appropriate bottle kits for the tests they need
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform work in a lab or office setting, work around strong smells, and wear personal protective equipment while handling samples (e.g., lab coat, safety glasses and gloves; all PPE provided by Pace®)
Preferred
Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred, but not required
