Responsibilities

Monitoring inbound emails, voicemails, and live chats
Becoming a product expert in the Promoboxx platform
Conducting 1:1 platform training
Supporting our internal team members with platform questions or technical difficulties
Learning all the nooks and crannies of the Promoboxx platform to be able to navigate and troubleshoot confidently
Working with our team supporting some of the best-known consumer brands and their retailers
Learning the Promoboxx platform and gaining hands-on experience with social media marketing
Owning our Support inboxes and utilizing template base replies and AI to respond to user inquiries
Making outgoing calls to train retailers 1:1 per request
Answering general questions about the Promoboxx platform and its functionality for external and internal users
Acting as a facilitator for the Customer Services teams and the Product/Engineering teams
Assisting with other necessary work as needed

Required
