Responsibilities

Assist Design Studio Manager in maintaining various reports
Maintaining design studio appearance, ensuring all samples are in good condition, labeled, and available
Assist Design Studio Manager and designers with various projects
Input buyer selections
Maintain and process buyer files
Assist with Orientation Night and other events
Assist with scheduling, processing invoices/billing, ordering supplies, taking buyers on a community-specific tours, and answering phones as necessary
