Lead Microsoft SharePoint Developer/Administrator

Aveshka Inc is looking for a Lead Microsoft SharePoint Developer/Administrator to join their federal technology services practice. This senior role involves designing, developing, and sustaining database technical solutions for custom software development projects, while leading the development of enterprise SharePoint applications in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, programming, and deployment enterprise SharePoint applications and solutions according to customer business requirements and technical constraints
Develop software solutions by working directly with Product Owner and other internal customers to understand requirements, analyzing work processes, determining data requirements, performing software design, programming, debugging, testing, and deploying software solutions
Build proof of concept examples and demos for training purposes
Troubleshoots and solve complex software issues

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (or commensurate experience)
CompTIA Security+ (Must obtain with 60 days of hire)
5+ years programming custom solutions based on Microsoft SharePoint
Programming skills including C#, ASP.NET, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, SQL, Git, GitHub Actions, JIRA, Confluence
Installation, migration, and configuration of Microsoft SharePoint 2019
Leading conversations with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Users
Very high level of verbal language proficiency
Ability to convincingly explain the rationale for technology decisions
Full-time employees (no 1099 or Corp-to-Corp)
US Citizenship (able to obtain Top Secret Security Clearance)
Preference given to candidates with a Top-Secret clearance (active or recently active)
Must be able to pass background screening and re-investigation
Must be able to work in a SCIF

Preferred

Preference given to Big 4 consulting experience in Federal government sector
