Responsibilities

Uphold brand standards through exceptional customer service while meeting our Key Customer Requirements:
KCR #1: On Time - arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time
KCR #2: Communication - setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service
KCR #3: Equipment - choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort
Provide timely, accurate placement and retrieval of guest's skis and other related stored equipment
Support: assist guests with fitting and adjusting Ski Butlers equipment as needed
Providing retail recommendations and upselling when appropriate to ensure the guest has everything they need to enjoy their ski vacation
Assist guests with relevant information regarding resort operations, meeting areas, on-site hotel amenities, transportation and local mountain town knowledge
Setting up the next shift and future team members for success
Enhance the overall skier experience
Basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing and general equipment maintenance
Making/Answering customer phone calls and face-to-face questions with a positive and inviting tone of voice
Anticipating guest needs
Snow removal
Re-stock amenities, retail items, and rental gear as needed
Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment

Required

Expect weekend and holiday work
Daily operations broken into morning, evening, or split shifts

Previous hospitality experience preferred, not required!
