IT System Administrator
OnPoint Medical Group is a physician-led network of skilled Primary and Urgent care providers. They are seeking an IT System Administrator to assist in maintaining the design and integrity of internal IT systems, providing technical support, and managing IT projects.

Responsibilities
Supporting IT Environments – Performing technical support tasks for users, both onsite and remotely
Customer Service - Highly interactive with end users. Requires a “customer” focused attitude
User Environment Expertise – Comfortable knowledge of our specific IT systems and being able to handle complex problems for users when they arise. Other technical team members may be collaborated with for assistance, but admins should be confident implementing solutions as assigned and know where to look to solve issues alone when necessary
Comprehensive Troubleshooting - Identifying when a big picture issue needs to be addressed instead of using a patch or workaround and bring the issue to the attention of the IT Director
Projects - Assisting with IT projects of varying scale and complexity in addition to day-to-day IT support. Project coordination and implementation with the IT team, including various stages, checks, and collaboration. Incorporates pre-project work, interacting with users and/or vendors while onsite, and following up on technical issues that arise
Documentation -Keeping good notes in tickets, staying organized with follow-up items during projects, and updating documentation as needed. Many tasks performed will require following detailed documentation and checklists in order to ensure consistency in process and procedure
Monitoring and Automation – Monitoring various dashboards, identifying, investigating and addressing errors and anomalies. Continually striving to improve efficiency of tools by organizing and automating tasks wherever possible
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Valid Driver's License and use of personal vehicle
Minimum 1-year Administrator Experience in both server and cloud based active directories
Experience with basic to intermediate networking concepts
Ability to assist with design and support of VoIP phone systems
Real world / practical experience in a Windows environment, in both server and cloud based active directories
Comfortable knowledge of specific IT systems and ability to handle complex problems for users
Ability to perform technical support tasks for users, both onsite and remotely
Ability to communicate technical concepts in a positive, clear, concise fashion, both verbally and in writing
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
Related degree and equivalent combination of work experience may also be acceptable on a context specific basis
