Responsibilities

Design, develop, test and implement new technologies and applications

Provide end-user assistance in a helpdesk environment

Support technical architects with infrastructure requirements

Conduct project code reviews and assist with software installations/configurations

Investigate, debug and troubleshoot software and application issues

Develop and build application modules using multiple programming languages

Draft technical documentation and user guides

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

Strong analytical mindset paired with exceptional written and verbal communication

A collaborative spirit, high curiosity, and a drive to learn

Ability to work in the U.S. permanently and without restriction

Preferred

Experience or familiarity with SQL, Java, and C++ (preferred)
