Basecamp Powersports is a fast-growing dealership that partners with customers in outdoor adventure. They are seeking a driven, self-motivated salesperson to guide customers through the sales process while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable powersports vehicles and accessories
Maintain in-depth knowledge of current inventory, financing options, and promotions
Follow up with leads and past customers to drive repeat business
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Coordinate with service and parts departments to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases
Qualification
Required
Proven sales experience (powersports, automotive, or outdoor equipment sales preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Ability to work weekends and peak seasons as needed
Basic computer proficiency (CRM knowledge is a plus)
A passion for powersports and the outdoor lifestyle
